In addition to sitting on some of the best beach property on the NE Florida Coast, there are seven dining options, three oceanside pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a state-of-the-art gym overlooking the beach, two golf courses, and now croquet and bocce ball courts. The Inn & Club offers a Junior Membership for under age 35 which allows for a 50% reduction in Initiation Fee plus full dues. When the member turns 35, they are required to pay the other 50% of the initiation fee.
